This is a nice, clean hotel but I would say it is a good 3-star hotel, not 4-star, that being said, you wouldn't regret staying there for the budget. The security is really good based on the crowded neighborhood. Rooms are spacious and have enough facilities, and may provide small two sets of toothbrushes and toothpaste. The front desk agents are really helpful and nice. They had a hard time finding my name since I booked through some travel companies and they made mistakes with my first name. However, the agent offered me two free drinks for the delay even though it wasn't her fault. That was really nice effort towards customers. Would highly recommend it.

Great hotel in good location downtown. Very quiet and clean, and very busy. The staff was friendly and there is a parking garage nearby if you drive in. It's in an optimal location, and there is a small market nearby (with hot food, drinks to go, bagels etc) and there's also a Dunkin Donut across the street. The hotel had great pricing, would definitely stay again.

This might be my new hotel! I booked the room on the hotels.com app. The staff was so very helpful even before I arrived. I put a different card for payment than the one I was using for my vacation. I got an email from Mariott about checking in early and then one for my payment to hold the room. The email about checking in early on the Mariott app seemed weird to me since I booked through Hotels.com (important information for later). The gentleman at the front desk helped me on the phone by leaving a note to hold my room, and then maybe the same gentleman helped when I got there. No issues at all! We dropped our bags off because we were early. We wanted to go explore until check-in. They said if our room was available ahead of time that they would call. Awesome! We booked a deluxe room with a king bed. We got back to the hotel, maybe 1 hour and 30 minutes prior to check in. I asked if, by any chance, the room was ready. The lady at the front desk said it would be ready soon they just had to do a last inspection. We sat in the lobby and I was so tired I fell asleep. Not so long later, I got a call that my room was ready. I went to check in, and the lady told me they upgraded me to a Club Level Suite and gave us access to breakfast as well as Happy Hour. I just thought we were lucky. We got to the room(20th Floor), and it was spacious, and the view was AMAZING! We turned the TV on, and it said, "Good Afternoon Jasmine," which I thought was super cool. That's when I saw Mariott Bonvoy, and it all clicked. Stupid of me to forget, but I'm a Mariott member(Gold Elite)! I got the membership because of my Amex Platinum. My account must have matched their system! The shower was hands down the best shower I've had in my 5 trips to NYC. The room was super clean. The breakfast was 5 stars for me. It's a basic breakfast, nothing fancy, but it definitely did the job. Orange juice, Apple juice, a mini fridge of soda and water, bacon, eggs, sausage, toast, bagels, fruit, yogurt, cereal, granola, hot tea and starbucks coffee! The coolest thing was they had milk alternatives! Whole milk, almond milk, skim milk, half & half, and oat milk. The breakfast service lady was a 5/5 too. She kept everything stocked, warm greetings and everything! I woke up early and was there by 7a for breakfast. That's how worth it, it was to me. I don't normally wake up until. 9a-10a. for vacation. You get to go outside to the rooftop deck and enjoy the view and crisp air! We only got to do happy hour for night. They had Cabernet, Chadonnay, and Coors Light. The wines were tasty! They had meats and cheeses, guacamole, ranch, hummus, and veggies to snack on! The bartender was 5/5, too. The sweetest thing ever! Checking out was a breeze. The bell men were the best. They offered to help us with a ride to the airport. We had a lyft scheduled, so we said we were fine. We got outside, and the lyft canceled because of traffic. We went back inside and asked the gentleman for help. They had cars waiting outside. He brought us to one and helped with our bags! The driver was nice and sweet! The driver charged us $100 to JFK, which is a steal! The lyft was about $140.00 because with all of our bags, we needed a larger vehicle. Our stay was a 1000/10 from beginning to end. The hotel staff from the front desk, bell men, housekeeping, and Club Lounge staff were Rockstars! I'm definitely staying at Marriot Hotels from now, definitely this one again! P.S. the hotel is walking distance to Brooklyn Bridge, Chinatown, Little Italy, Bleecker Street Pizza, Friends Aparment, Carrie Bradshaws Apartment, Prince Street Pizza, and Bleecker Street Pizza. Quick train ride to Starbucks Reserve, the original Magnolia Bakery, Wall Street, Liberty Bagels, and Pier 36 for the Statue of Liberty boat tour! It's next to many Subway entrances!

My room is always clean and my stays have been peaceful. Since I'm a Marriot Bonvoy member I enjoy the complimentary hotel happy hours, and this hotel provides a great one. I'm sure I'll be back soon!
